For temporary coverages, if you know your end date, that's great but if not, no problem! We know it can be hard to predict sometimes.
We'll need to make sure we have a contract on file before we can start scheduling. If you already have a contract with us, great! We'll move on to scheduling. If you're a new client, we'll need to get in contact with whoever handles contracts at your facility.
If your facility has a clearance process (such as for hospitals), it will depend on how quickly they can process the RD's paperwork and whether they will request any additional information. For all other facilities that don't require a lengthy clearance process, we can generally have the RD start within 3-7 days.
We will discuss your specific needs with you prior to finding a match. DOC only matches RDs that have experience relevant to where they are assigned. All of our RDs have been interviewed by both our CEO and VP of Operations, and have passed our skills competency test specific to areas they provide coverage.
All of our RDs are W-2 employees. We are compliant with the AB5 law in California and abide by all state and federal employment regulations (such as break times, sick pay, Worker's Comp, liability insurance, etc.)
