1. Weekend Hospital Coverage

• Two hospitals: one in Whittier and one in San Gabriel
• Need coverage 2 weekends per month
• As needed (we’ll check dates with you in advance)

2. Kitchen Inspections

• Monthly kitchen inspections in:
  • Glendale (2 facilities next to each other)
  • Monrovia
  • Valley Village
• Quarterly kitchen inspection in:
  • Montclair
